TendingShen was originally incorporated in Canada in 2000 as Le Brel Enterprises Inc., an Ontario Education & Health Care Services Provider. Initially based in Windsor, it re-located to Ridgeway, Ontario in June 2006. The company changed its name to TendingShen Inc. in September 2007.

TendingShen Corporation is the US subsidiary of TendingShen Inc, based in Maryland since 2002 and now also operating in Buffalo, New York since 2007.

TendingShen Corporation regularly runs continuing education workshops and clinical events for acupuncturists and other complementary or allopathic health care practitioners in California, Maryland and New York. 

TendingShen Corporation offers consultations and treatments in Five Element acupuncture in its teaching clinics in Westminster, MD and Buffalo, NY.

TendingShen Corporation offers treatments and practitioner trainings in Rejuvanessence at various US locations.

TendingShen Corporation is a Founder Sponsor of Ongiara College of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, offering a Professional Diploma program in Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Canadian, American and international students.
